A blue "gem" with pearl accent and an amber "gem" are set into sterling silver with a large tear drop gem in smoky squartz. Handmade in vitreous enamel, copper and sterling silver by Nancy Sickbert-Wheeler as part of her "Cut Gem" series. Can be worn as top stud alone, or with one or both of the dangles.
